Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will fix it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email us at bookmonger990@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.

Changed your mind

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will reply with the return address. Return shipping is paid by you. When the return arrives, we refund the price of the item to your original payment method. The original shipping charge, if you paid one, is not refunded.

Late or lost orders

If your order has not arrived 30 business days after it shipped, contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Email us with your order number.

When you get your money back

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
